The shock absorber is an important part of the vehicle. If the shock absorber is broken, it will not have much effect on the body support, but without the shock absorber, the spring cannot escape. The most obvious feeling is that the stability of the vehicle is poor, and when passing a speed bump or potholes, the vehicle will shake up and down obviously. When cornering, the tire's grip will be insufficient due to the up and down vibration of the spring, so we have a certain risk in driving.
So how do we judge whether the shock absorber is normal?
1. Press the front or rear of the car firmly, and then release it immediately. If the vehicle bounces only 1-2 times, it means that the shock absorber is working well.
2. The car travels slowly and then brakes urgently. If the car shakes violently, it means there is a problem with the shock absorber.
3. If the vehicle bounces 3-4 times when passing the speed bump, it indicates that there is a problem with the shock absorber.
4. Observe whether there is oil leakage on the outside of the shock absorber.
5. When driving on a road with good road conditions, there may be a problem if you hear abnormal noise from the shock absorber.
