Common precautions for installing shock absorbers
Before starting the installation, make sure that the surface of the shock absorber is clean, dry and free of debris.
When installing the shock absorber, you must maintain alignment and prevent equipment damage or personal injury caused by the installation process. It should be repaired carefully during the installation process. Although it is easy to lift the device correctly, it is always necessary to consider the size of the gap to ensure a free connection to the fixed point. Where possible, the remaining space should allow the installation engineer to move freely in these areas. Only in this way can the efficient installation of the shock absorber be guaranteed. Once the installation area is prepared, the installation process of the shock absorber is not difficult, but special attention should be paid to the fixed points and accurate positioning of the shock absorber and components. Before installing the shock absorber, the top and bottom fixing points should be parallel.
When tightening each fixed point, avoid rotating the top and bottom surfaces of the shock absorber inward. The installation direction of the entire shock absorber should be vertical or horizontal, and must not be inclined.
