2. When the shock absorber of the unit has six installation points, four of which are arranged at the four corners of the inert block or section steel frame, and the other two should be arranged on the long side line, and their positions should be adjusted to make the shock absorber compressive Be as consistent as possible.
3. When installing a damping spring vibration isolator for a horizontal water pump unit, under normal circumstances, the shock absorber should be fixed with the ground, inert block or steel frame with a connecting nut.
4. When the vibration isolator of a vertical water pump unit is installed, a profiled steel frame should be installed under the base of the water pump unit and be installed by anchoring; the profiled steel frame and the shock absorber should be fixed with bolts (with spring washers). An anchor bolt is set on the ground or floor, and the shock absorber is fixed on the ground or floor through the anchor bolt.
5. The sideline of the shock absorber shall not exceed the sideline of the inert block; the supporting area of the section steel frame shall not be less than the area of the shock absorber.
6. Before construction and installation, check in time. During installation, the static compression deformation of the shock absorber should not exceed the maximum allowable value.
7. When the water pump unit is installed, the supporting ground on which the water pump unit is installed must be flat and should have sufficient bearing capacity.
8. The shock absorber of the unit should avoid contact with acids, alkalis and organic solvents.
