Pay attention to cleaning when assembling: during assembling, ensure that the nut torque of the piston assembly is 49N·m, and the oil volume of the assembly is 400mL (shock absorber oil).
Inspection after reinstallation: Fix the suspension ring at one end of the shock absorber and pull the ring at the other end. It is normal if you feel heavy resistance during tension and compression. If it does not move when pulled (pressed), it needs to be overhauled. In addition, it is necessary to observe whether there is oil leakage, and repair it if necessary.
The normal use and maintenance mileage of shock absorbers is 20,000 to 30,000 km. After reaching this operating mileage, maintenance should be carried out regardless of whether the shock absorber fails or not. Once it fails, it should be repaired or replaced in time. When the road conditions are poor and the technical condition of the vehicle is poor, pay attention to the working condition of the shock absorber.
