Causes of the deviation of the vehicle
1. Tire pressure varies
This is mainly caused by inconsistent drive tire pressure. The unequal tire pressure on the left and right will cause changes in the degree of friction between the tire and the ground. Therefore, only the same tire pressure can ensure that the direction does not deviate from the most basic requirement.
2. The tire pattern on both sides is different or the pattern is different in depth and light.
It is best to use the same type of tires for the entire car. At least the two tires on the front axle and the rear axle must be the same, and the pattern depth must be the same, exceeding the wear limit.
3. The quality of the steering system
The quality of the steering system will also affect the straight-line driving of the car. The connecting parts are loose due to excessive wear clearance or wear of bearings, kingpins and bushings, which will cause the head of the car to swing while driving and cannot maintain the normal trajectory of motion.
4. The spring deformation of the front shock absorber is inconsistent with the buffer on both sides
The quality of the shock absorber spring can be judged by pressing or comparing after disassembly.
5. The front shock absorber fails
After the front shock absorber fails, the two suspensions, one high and the other low, will be unevenly applied when the vehicle is running, causing deviation. The absorbency of the shock absorber can be detected by a special inspection tester, and the quality of the shock absorber can be judged.
6. Body deformation
The overall deformation of the vehicle, the wheelbase difference on both sides is too large, beyond the maximum allowable range can be measured with a tape measure. If it exceeds the range, it must be corrected or replaced with a correction table.
7. Misalignment
Some special circumstances make you mistakenly think that the car is running off-track, such as: the normal road is sloping, the middle is high, and the sides are low. Therefore, sometimes the car will run sideways to the right on the road.
