The difference between nitrogen shock absorbers and oil shock absorbers

1. The most obvious difference is that nitrogen shock absorbers use nitrogen to participate in shock absorption, while oil shock absorbers use oil to participate in shock absorption.

2. The nitrogen shock absorber adopts floating piston in structure. Compared with the oil shock absorber, the oil storage cylinder barrel and a set of valve system are reduced.

3. Under the same conditions, the diameter of the cylinder and piston of the nitrogen shock absorber is relatively large, and the damping force generated is larger than that of the oil shock absorber.

4. Since the nitrogen shock absorber uses a floating piston, there will be no oil emulsification in the oil shock absorber.
