In the suspension system, because the elastic elements vibrate due to impact, in order to improve the driving stability of the car, the suspension is to install shock absorbers in parallel with the elastic elements to simplify the failure vibration. The shock absorbers used in automobile suspension systems are mostly hydraulic shock absorbers. Its working principle is that when relative movement occurs between the frame (or body) and the axle, the piston in the shock absorber moves up and down. The oil in the shock absorber cavity repeatedly flows from one cavity mirror through different pores into the other cavity. At this time, the wall of the hole forms resistance to the vibration with the friction between the hydraulic pressure and the internal friction between the oil molecules, so that the vehicle vibration energy is converted into the oil heat energy. Then it is absorbed by the shock absorber and emitted into the atmosphere. When the oil channel cross section and other factors remain unchanged, the damping force increases or decreases with the relative movement speed between the frame and the axle (or wheel), and is related to the oil viscosity.
